1 Download the right template Pick the template for your exact product, size and orientation. Each one is a PDF with the bleed, trim and safe-area guides already set up.
2 Open it in your design software Use Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity, Canva (import the PDF) or any program that opens PDFs.
3 Design within the guides Extend backgrounds and images right out to the bleed edge (usually 3 mm) and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
4 Delete or hide the guide layer Remove the template guides before you export so they don't appear on your print.
5 Export and upload Save a print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300 dpi, then upload it when you order.
