To qualify for a trade account, your business should meet both of the following:
You're in the print trade
You resell print, or supply it to your clients as part of your services, as a registered UK business.
You spend around £500+ a month on print
There’s no minimum order, and we don’t check individual orders. We review trade accounts periodically, and accounts whose spend remains consistently below this level may be moved back to standard pricing. We’ll always contact you first.
Not in the print trade?

What you’ll need
- Your registered business name and address
- Your average monthly print spend
- Companies House number (limited companies and LLPs)
- VAT number, if you're VAT registered
- Your website or portfolio
We check every application against Companies House and the details you give us, usually within one or two working days. Trade accounts are reviewed periodically to make sure they remain a good fit.

Who is eligible for a trade account?
Trade accounts are for the print trade: print resellers and brokers, printers and print management companies, design studios, marketing and digital agencies, sign makers and promotional products suppliers. Eligible businesses typically spend £500 or more a month on print with us.
Is there a minimum spend?
Trade accounts are intended for businesses spending around £500 or more a month on print. There's no minimum order value, and we don't check individual orders. Instead, we review trade accounts periodically, and if an account's spend remains consistently below this level we may move it back to standard pricing. We'll always let you know before making any change.
My business isn't in the print trade. Can I still apply?
Yes, if you order high volumes of print regularly. Trade accounts are designed for the print trade, but we're happy to consider other businesses with substantial, ongoing print requirements. Apply with details of the print you order and how often, and we'll assess your application individually.
Why aren't trade prices available to every business?
Trade pricing reflects the regular, higher-volume work that print resellers and agencies place with us. Keeping it to those accounts is what allows us to offer a meaningful trade discount while keeping our standard prices competitive for everyone else.
How much do trade customers save?
10% off the price before VAT of every product, at every quantity and turnaround. VAT is then worked out on the lower price.
Do I need a discount code?
No. Sign in to your account and trade prices are shown on every product page and taken off at checkout automatically. Discount codes can't be combined with trade pricing.
Can orders go straight to my clients?
Yes. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging as standard, with nothing from OlivePrint inside, so it can go straight to your client. See white label packaging.
How long does approval take?
We review applications within one or two working days and email you as soon as we've decided. You can check the status on this page at any time.
