Ordering & Payment
Choose a product, set your size, quantity, stock and finishing options to see live pricing, then add it to your basket and check out. You can order as a guest or create an account to track your orders and download invoices.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe-powered checkout. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
You can switch between inc-VAT and ex-VAT pricing using the toggle in the top bar. Most products carry standard 20% UK VAT; printed flyers and leaflets are zero-rated. Your basket always shows a clear subtotal, VAT and total breakdown.
Yes. Once your order is complete we email a VAT invoice with the PDF attached, and you can download it anytime from your account under Orders.
Artwork & Proofing
We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, AI and PSD files, up to 100MB per file. Print-ready PDFs with your fonts embedded and artwork set to the correct size give the best results.
Yes - a free artwork check is included on every order. Our studio reviews your files and prepares a proof for you to review and approve before anything goes to print.
Of course. Choose "upload later" at checkout and we'll email you a secure link to upload your files when you're ready. Production starts once your artwork is approved.
After you order, our team sets up a proof and emails you a link to review it. Approve it and your job moves straight into production; if something isn't right, reject it with a comment (and an updated file if needed) and we'll re-proof.
Delivery & Turnaround
Delivery is free on every order to the UK mainland, sent on a tracked courier service - there's no minimum spend.
Turnaround depends on the product and the option you choose, with express options on most items - typically 1-2 working days for production once your proof is approved, plus courier transit.
Yes. When your order is dispatched we email you the courier and a tracking link, and you'll also find it on the order in your account.
